As an audited, organically certified processor of sausage and meat products, Eberswalder support us, the Brodowin eco-village in the production of our Brodowin beef salami.

 

The quality product in the flavors natural, pepper and garlic is exclusively produced according to our secret Brodowiner recipes.

 

The Eberswalder Group itself has been involved in building regional supply chains since 2017. The quality system for pork 100% REGIONAL was awarded the Food Industry Innovation Prize 2019. A purely Brandenburg supply chain was created, which focuses on Tierwohl XXL.

 

Eberswalder is one of our first partners with which we proces the products from our animals and transform them into sausages. We take the responsibility of our farm animals until the end (to the slaughterhouse which is regional and near by to avoid at maximum the stress on animals). All the other parts as heart, tongue are processed and cooked in our kitchen.
