On the bottles of our juices you can read the history of their development:
The apples from the orchards and a large part of our vegetable harvest were processed into juice and bottled for a long time. Demand was high, but our customers were also interested in fresh, unprocessed Brodowin fruit.
We decided to give up juice production to trustful hands – that’s why Brodowin vegetables are no longer in our juices today, but still our idea. During the bottling process at Voelkel und Beutelsbacher, the same high quality is of course ensured; only the best ingredients from natural, biodynamic agriculture are processed.
Our apple juice is still an exception to this rule. Every year in autumn we get a visit from Waldorf pupils from Berlin, who help us with the apple harvest on the orchards. Around 5000 bottles can be filled every year. The limited quantity makes our apple juice a seasonal product.
