Whether it's the church summer, Christmas time or weekend events. There's always something going on in Brodowin.

Thanks to our farm and the many clubs in the village, there is a lot to experience, especially at the weekends. There are always special events taking place on our farm.

An annual highlight is our traditional farm festivalwhich we have been organizing in Brodowin for 30 years.

Public guided tours of the farm

In addition to the possibility of arranging an individual guided tour of the farm, we offer public guided tours on Saturdays during the summer vacations at 11:00 a.m., which anyone can attend without registering. Adults are asked to pay a fee of 3 euros per person. All tours start at the farm store.

"Wild" seminars

on November 09 & 10 - exclusively in Brodowin

Markus Hofmann is a passionate hunter and game sommelier. In addition to training his poodle pointer "Bernhard", the production of "wild" food has become his great passion.

Markus Hofmann has appeared in various newspaper and television formats such as "Die Bratwurst des Jahres", ZDF-Küchenschlacht, SAT 1 Regional (Schleswig-Holstein) and NDR Nordmagazin.

In numerous game sausage seminars, he enjoys teaching how to make game sausages, salami and pepper bites - and he loves to cook!

Please understand that we have to limit the number of participants to 18 in order to ensure a personal and intensive learning experience. We look forward to immersing ourselves in the fascinating world of wild cuisine with you!

Not only eat together, but also cook together! All ingredients and drinks required for the 3-course menu are included.

There is a choice of beer, wine, mineral water and soft drinks to round off the evening.

What is being cooked?

Amuse Gueule: Grilled venison tartare on a celery mash

Appetizer: Wild fritat soup

Main course: Saddle of venison in puff pastry, Brussels sprout leaves and potato pralines

Dessert: Raspberry and speculoos dessert

Sausage seminar with REHZEPT

Are you a sausage lover with a passion for cooking? Do you enjoy trying out new things and giving free rein to your creativity? Then our sausage seminar with recipe is just the right experience for you!

Here we delve into the fascinating world of sausage production together. What makes a perfect sausage? Which ingredients are essential? You will learn everything you need for your culinary journey!

We start with the basics of sausage making. And then it really gets down to business: you carefully chop up the ingredients, weigh out the salt and spices and add them - a real butcher in action! And yes, the mincer will also be your best friend on this day. Finally, you stuff the sausage into the natural casing - a step that will make you feel proud!

When the venison sausage is ready, the highlight comes: we end the seminar together at the barbecue. Imagine conjuring up your own sausages for the next barbecue party - an experience not to be missed!
